Third Day in ISSB

On the third day in ISSB tasks are less than the second day. The tasks are:

1. Planning Test and Discussion
2. Commanding Task ( C.T. )
3. Mutual Assessments.
4. Viva* ( For those candidates whose viva were not taken on the second day )

Planning Test

After breakfast candidates will be taken to the testing hall, one of the GTO will come and will describe the rules of the planning test. The planning test got two parts, individual planning and discussing. Planning test is nearly as same as PPDT test.
An answer script will be given to the candidates, and a plastic covered question paper will be given. The question paper will have two parts as like in one page the problems will be given and on the other page a map will be given. Candidates will be given 40 minutes to answer.
There will be multiple problems to solve in planning test. Read the question paper thoroughly. Instructions will be given on the first page of the question paper. Find out the problems and solve them according to the map. Remember to take this problem according to our daily life, and there is a matter of timing while solving the problem. just dont solve is randomly, solve the problem maintaining the sequence. you will have to accurate of solving these problems.
The next part is Discussion, after solving the problem all the groups will be taken to their hut to discuss the planning. The same map will be there in your hut. Now its your job to discuss the planning and solve it. Give logic to your explanation. The GTO will notice each and every one of your group. At the end of the discussion the GTO may ask one of you to say the solution by sequence.

Commanding Task ( C.T. )

This task will take place after the planning test. In this task every one of will have to be the commander once. You can chose any three of your partners from your group as your sub-ordinates. The ground rules are as same as PGT, HGT. But you cannot take any ideas from your subordinates. you will be given 7 minuets of time to complete the commanding task. Basically this task is a bit hard than the PGT or HGT. You will have to maintain your commanding attitude. Don't say please or sorry, speak louder and dont give commands that is not possible for your subordinates. Say "Foul Sir" if you find any fouls while doing this task.
When you will work as a subordinate under a commander in this task; you will do what ever your commander says because now you are a soldier and you'll have to obey your commander. Try the best as possible. And dont say "I cant do it".  Don't act or do anything that makes the GTO to feel that you are hesitating about the work you are doing while you are a subordinate.

Mutual Assessment

This will be challenge because now you'll have to choose who are sweetable for the selection. I mean about the selection in  Bangladesh Army. Your choice matters here. It really does. But don't neglect your name. You should put your name in the top or in the second. But here is the the problem you'll face. You will have to write negative matters about your group mates. You'll be given a board and a script. There will be a box with three column and about  ten rows. In the first column you'll have to write the serial number. This not any serial number. it means you are choosing one of your groupmates or yourself in the first. Then in the second column you'll have to write the chest number. Then you'll have to write the negative matters. Just don't write any negative matters like "he sleeps too much or he takes too long to take a shower" This is the negative matters you felt while you were working with them. Remember that the GTO notes everyone's negative matter. So write carefully. Don't write such negative matters about yourself that will create problems about your selection as you can write more than one negative matters about each of you.

While the viva you may face some unexpected questions or problems. Control your emotions and temper while answering the questions. Be frank and free in front of DP. Questions about your girl friend, sex and likes may arise while in the viva room. Try to handle this kind of questions very carefully. Remember this is a part of your exam, so don't screw it up. Be honest but DONT reveal your dark sides. The viva may be for a long time, don't be nervous in front of the DP. Remember viva is nothing but a PERSONAL meeting. So be calm and be smart.
